Hollywood Records has released the cover version of the Bee Gees’ Islands in the Stream from last week’s episode (There Goes the Groom) of the ABC drama 9-1-1. The track (originally written by Barry, Robin & Maurice Gibb) produced by Nick Marzock and performed by Jennifer Love Hewitt (who stars in the show as Maddie Buckley) is now available to stream/download on all major digital music platforms, including Amazon. Also listen to the full song after the jump. 9-1-1 is created by Ryan Murphy, Brad Falchuk & Tim Minear and also stars Angela Bassett, Peter Krause, Oliver Stark, Aisha Hinds, Kenneth Choi, Ryan Guzman and Gavin McHugh. The seventh season of the series currently airs every Thursday on ABC (and is also available to stream on Hulu) and an eighth season has already been ordered.
