Sony Classical will release a soundtrack album for the Paramount+ original event series Knuckles. The album features selections of the show’s original score composed by Tom Howe (Ted Lasso, Early Man, Shrinking, Daisy Jones & the Six, A Shaun the Sheep Movie: Farmageddon, Book Club: The New Chapter). Also included are the songs Frickin’ Human Race performed by Asa Taccone and Flames of Disaster by Julian Barratt & Taccone feat. Michael Bolton. The soundtrack will be released digitally tomorrow, April 26 and will be available to stream/download on Amazon and most other major digital music services. Knuckles is created for television by John Whittington & Toby Ascher based on characters from the Sonic the Hedgehog video game series and movies and stars Idris Elba (in the title role), Adam Pally, Stockard Channing, Scott Mescudi, Edi Patterson, Barratt, Cary Elwes, Ellie Taylor, Christopher Lloyd, Rory McCann, Paul Scheer and Rob Huebel. The 6-parter is set between the events of Sonic the Hedgehog 2 & 3 and follows Knuckles on a journey of self-discovery as he agrees to train Wade as his protégé and teach him the ways of the Echidna warrior. The series will premiere tomorrow exclusively on Paramount+.
