Marco Beltrami (3:10 to Yuma, Logan, A Quiet Place, Scream, World War Z, Ford v. Ferrari) & Miles Hankins (The Night Before, Being Serena, Long Shot, Len & Company, No Exit) have teamed up to score the upcoming Peacock limited series Apples Never Fall. The show is developed by Melanie Marnich (A Murder at the End of the World) based on the bestselling novel of the same title by Liane Moriarty and stars Annette Bening, Sam Neill, Jake Lacy, Alison Brie, Essie Randles, Conor Merrigan-Turner, Georgia Flood, Dylan Thuraisingham and Jeanine Serralles. The 7-part drama follows two former tennis coaches who have sold their successful tennis academy and are ready to start spending more time with their four adult children, when a wounded young woman knocks on their door, bringing the excitement they’ve been missing. Gabe Hilfer serves as the project’s music supervisor. Marnich, Moriarty & Bening are also executive producing the Heyday Television production with David Heyman (Harry Potter series, Barbie), Gregory Jacobs (Edge of Tomorrow, Magic Mike), Joe Hortua, Albert Page and Jillian Share (Spectral), as well as Chris Sweeney (The Tourist, Back to Life) who also directed multiple episodes. Beltrami & Hankins have previously co-scored the Moriarty-produced Hulu series Nine Perfect Strangers. Apples Never Fall will premiere on March 14 exclusively on Peacock.
