Plaza Mayor Company has released a soundtrack album for the drama Animal. The album features the film’s original music composed by Wolfgang Frisch (Silentium, Der Knochenmann, Cops). The soundtrack is now available to stream/download on Amazon and any other major digital music services. Check out the composer’s prologue/opening titles track below. Animal is written and directed by Sofia Exarchou and stars Dimitra Vlagopoulou, Flomaria Papadaki, Ahilleas Hariskos and Voodoo Jürgens. The movie is set in Greece and follows a group of entertainers who spend an increasingly wild summer at an all-inclusive island resort. The drama premiered at last year’s Locarno Film Festival and will open in French theaters this coming Wednesday, January 17.
