Andrea Boccadoro (Violation, The Legionnaire, Astrologaster) is set to score the upcoming psychological horror thriller Home Education. The film is written and directed by Andrea Niada and stars Julia Ormond, Lydia Page and Rocco Fasano. The movie is set in the scenic Sila plateau in Italy’s Southern Calabria region and centers on a family that are followers of an esoteric cult and live in a secluded house deep in the woods. Daniel Campos Pavoncelli (Promises, Last Night of Amore) and Marco Cohen, Benedetto Habib & Fabrizio Donvito (Human Capital, Summertime) are producing the project for Indiana Production, alongside Giuliano Papadia and Chiara Cardoso for BlackBox. Alex Proyas (I, Robot, Dark City) serves as an executive producer. Home Education just finished principal photography in Italy and is currently in post-production. A release in 2024 is expected.
