Drum & Lace (aka Sofia Hultquist) (Dickinson, I Know What You Did Last Summer, Night Teeth, Summering, Good Girls, They/Them) is currently recording her score for the upcoming romantic comedy Red White & Royal Blue. The film is written and directed by Matthew López and stars Taylor Zakhar Perez, Nicholas Galitzine, Uma Thurman, Clifton Collins Jr., Stephen Fry, Sarah Shahi, Sharon D Clarke, Rachel Hilson, Ellie Bamber, Thomas Flynn, Aneesh Sheth, Polo Morin, Malcolm Atobrah, Ahmed Elhaj and Akshay Khanna. The movie is based on Casey McQuiston’s best-selling novel of the same title about the son of an American President who falls in love with his royal counterpart across the pond after an incident of international proportions forces them to pretend to be best friend . Greg Berlanti (Love, Simon, You) and Sarah Schechter (Free Guy, My Policeman) are producing the project. Red White & Royal Blue is expected to premiere this year on Prime Video.
