Edizioni Curci has released a soundtrack album for the Italian biographical drama The Bad Poet (Il cattivo poeta). The album features the film’s original music composed by Michele Braga (Dogman, Rose Island, They Call Me Jeeg, Blessed Madness, Shadows, Nevia) and is now available to stream/download on Amazon, where you can also check out the track list and listen to audio samples. The Bad Poet is written and directed by Gianluca Jodice and stars Sergio Castellitto, Francesco Patanè, Clotilde Courau, Tommaso Ragno, Fausto Russo Alesi, Elena Bucci, Tommaso Ragno, Lidiya Liberman, Janina Rudenska and Lino Musella. The movie centers on the last years of the poet, playwright, journalist, soldier and patriot Gabriele D’Annunzio who was the man Mussolini was inspired by in the process of building the Italian Fascist Movement. The drama is being released in Italian theaters today.
