Premiering on Friday, August 10, is the Netflix original movie The Package directed by Jake Szymanski and starring Daniel Doheny, Geraldine Viswanathan, Luke Spencer Roberts, Sadie Calvano and Eduardo Franco. The film’s original music is composed by Adam Schiff. The comedy revolves around four pals who risk everything to help their buddy after he suffers an unfortunate accident during spring break. Also premiering in the U.S. on Friday is the British period drama The Guernsey Literary and Potato Peel Pie Society directed by Mike Newell and starring Lily James, Michiel Huisman, Glen Powell, Matthew Goode, Jessica Brown Findlay, Tom Courtenay and Penelope Wilton. Alexandra Harwood (The Escape) has composed the film’s original music. Also premiering on Friday is the Netflix original series Insatiable created by Lauren Gussis and starring Dallas Roberts, Debby Ryan and Alyssa Milano. The show’s original music is composed by Julian Wass (Hit & Run, Room 104, Animals, The Miseducation of Cameron Post). The comedy drama centers on a bullied teenager who turns to beauty pageants as a way to exact her revenge. The show’s first season will be available to stream on Friday exclusively on Netflix.

Also premiering on Friday is the Disney Channel original movie Freaky Friday directed by Steve Carr and starring Cozi Zuehlsdorff, Heidi Blickenstaff, Alex Désert, Jason Maybaum, Kahyun Kim, Dara Reneé, Jennifer Laporte, Isaiah Lehtinen and Sarah Willey. David Lawrence (American PieHigh School MusicalDescendants) has composed the film’s original score.
