Back Lot Music has released a soundtrack album for the family comedy Cop and a Half: New Recruit. The album features the film’s original music composed by Grammy Award nominee Ryan Shore (PrimeHarvard ManJulie’s GreenroomStar Wars: Forces of DestinyThe Shrine). The soundtrack is now available to download on Amazon, where you can also check out audio samples. Cop and a Half: New Recruit is directed by Jonathan A. Rosenbaum and stars Lou Diamond Phillips, Lulu Wilson and Wallace Shawn. The movie follows an experienced detective who is placed undercover at a local middle school, where he must learn to work with a confident and intelligent 12-year old, on a high-profile case. The comedy is being released on DVD, Digital HD and On Demand today by Universal 1440 Entertainment.
