La-La Land Records has announced a new limited edition box set of music from the sci-fi TV show Star Trek: The Original Series. The 15-CD box set features all episode scores as heard in all three original seasons of the original Star Trek series (1966-1969). The show’s music is composed by Alexander Courage, George Duning, Jerry Fielding, Gerald Fried, Sol Kaplan, Samuel Matlovsky and Joseph Mullendore. In addition to the the complete scores featured in the series (including hours of previously unreleased material), the soundtrack collection also includes music that didn’t make the final cut.
