La-La Land Records has announced the details of a new soundtrack edition for the Wachowski siblings’ 2003 sci-fi action sequel The Matrix Reloaded starring Keanu Reeves, Laurence Fishburne and Carrie-Anne Moss. The album features the expanded and remastered score from the film composed by Don Davis (Jurassic Park 3, Bound, Antitrust) who also composed the music for the other two parts of The Matrix trilogy. Davis collaborated with Ben Watkins (aka Juno Reactor) on a couple of tracks that are also included on the release. The original 2003 soundtrack album featured less than half of the score featured in the Warner Bros. Pictures production. To order the 2-CD set, which is limited to 3500 copies, visit the label’s online store, where you can also listen to audio clips.
