The cover art of the vinyl edition soundtrack album for Marvel Studios’ feature The Fantastic Four: First Steps has been revealed. The album features the film’s original music composed by Academy Award winner Michael Giacchino (Up, Lost, Jurassic World, The Batman, Spider-Man: No Way Home, Doctor Strange, Star Trek, The Incredibles, Ratatouille) and will be released as a 2-disc 12″ vinyl on October 17 by Hollywood Records & Marvel Music. Visit Amazon to pre-order the vinyl edition. The digital version of the soundtrack was released in July, a week prior to the movie’s release. Also out now is a 7-inch LP on translucent “Galactic Blue” vinyl featuring Giacchino’s theme, as well as the end credits song Let Us Be Devoured written and performed by Andrea Datzman (click here to order).

Hollywood Records & Marvel Music have released a soundtrack album featuring the composer’s score last Friday. Also opening wide is the horror thriller The Home co-written and directed by James DeMonaco and starring Pete Davidson, Mary Beth Peil, John Glover, Bruce Altman, Mugga, Adam Cantor, Denise Burse,Ethan Phillips, Stuart Rudin and Nathalie Schmidt. Nathan Whitehead (The Purge, Keanu,Days Gone, Stephanie, This Is the Night, Chicago Party Aunt, The Remaining) has composed the film’s original music. No word on a soundtrack release. A vinyl edition is set to come out this fall and is available to order here. The composer’s main theme has previously been released as a digital single last month. A 7-inch LP on translucent “Galactic Blue” vinyl featuring the theme, as well as the song Let Us Be Devoured written and performed by Andrea Datzman will be coming out next Friday, July 25 and is available for pre-order here.

Michael Giacchino has previewed his theme from Marvel Studios’ upcoming feature The Fantastic Four: First Steps at today’s Music of Marvel Studios panel at D23. The composer has already recorded his theme, which first made its debut at last month’s Comic-Con, prior to principal photography on the film, which just started on July 30 at Pinewood Studios in London. Michael Giacchino (Up, Lost, The Incredibles, Star Trek, Rogue One: A Star Wars Story, Ratatouille) is set to compose the music for Marvel Studios’ upcoming feature The Fantastic Four: First Steps. The film is directed by Matt Shakman (WandaVision, The Great) and stars Pedro Pascal as Reed Richards, Vanessa Kirby as Susan Storm, Joseph Quinn as Johnny Storm and Ebon Moss-Bachrach as Ben Grimm, as well as Julia Garner as Shalla-Bal / Silver Surfer and Ralph Ineson as Galactus. John Malkovich, Natasha Lyonne & Paul Walter Hauser are also starring. Kevin Feige (Avengers: Endgame, Black Panther) is producing the project.
