Varese Sarabande has announced the details of the soundtrack album for the sci-fi thriller Self/Less. The album features the film’s original music composed by Antonio Pinto (City of God, Lord of War, McFarland, USA, The Host, Snitch) and Dudu Aram. The soundtrack will be released on July 24, 2015. Self/Less is directed by Tarsem Singh and stars Ryan Reynolds, Natalie Martinez, Matthew Goode, Victor Garber, Derek Luke, Michelle Dockery and Ben Kingsley. The movie follows a wealthy man dying from cancer who undergoes a radical medical procedure that transfers his consciousness into the body of a healthy young man and starts to uncover the mystery of the body’s origin and the organization that will kill to protect its cause.

Antonio Pinto & Dudu Aram Scoring Tarsem Singh’s ‘Selfless’
Antonio Pinto and Dudu Aram have been tapped to score the upcoming sci-fi thriller Selfless. The film is directed by Tarsem Singh and stars Ryan Reynolds, Ben Kingsley, Matthew Goode, Natalie Martinez, Victor Garber and Derek Luke. The movie stars a terminally ill billionaire who buys a chance for eternal life through an experimental underground medical procedure, which transfers his consciousness into the cadaver of a younger man. Alex and David Pastor (Carriers, The Last Days) have written the screenplay. Ram Bergman (Looper, Don Jon, Brick) is producing the project with Endgame Entertainment’s James D. Stern and Peter Schlessel.
‘Mirror Mirror’ Soundtrack Details
Relativity Music Group will be releasing the official soundtrack album for the upcoming family fantasy comedy Mirror Mirror. The album includes the original score from the film composed by eigth-time Academy Award-winning composer Alan Menken, as well as the original song I Believe in Love performed by the movie’s lead actress Lily Collins. The album will be released on March 27, 2012 and is available for pre-order on Amazon. Sony Classical is releasing the soundtrack digitally overseas later this week on March 9. Tarsem Singh’s ‘Mirror, Mirror’ to feature Music by Alan Menken
Alan Menken has announced on Twitter that he will composing music for the upcoming fantasy comedy Mirror, Mirror. The film is directed by Tarsem Singh (Immortals, The Cell) and stars Lily Collins as Snow White who enlists the help of seven resourceful rebels to win back her birthright and Julia Roberts as the Evil Queen who steals control of a kingdom. Also starring are Armie Hammer as Prince Andrew Alcott, Sean Bean as the King and Nathan Lane as the hapless servant to the queen. Melissa Wallack and Jason Keller (Machine Gun Preacher) have written the screenplay and Bernie Goldmann (300, Fool’s Gold), Ryan Kavanaugh (The Fighter, Zombieland) and Brett Ratner (Tower Heist, Rush Hour) are producing the project.
‘Immortals’ Soundtrack Details
Relativity Music Group will be releasing the official soundtrack album for the action adventure movie Immortals. The album includes the original score by Trevor Morris. The soundtrack will be released on November 8, 2011 and is now available for pre-order on Amazon. Film Music Reporter has learned that Trevor Morris has landed his most prestigious feature scoring assignment to date. He will be scoring the upcoming 3D Greek mythology action adventure film Immortals. The movie is directed by Tarsem Singh (The Cell, The Fall) and stars Henry Cavill, Mickey Rourke, Stephen Dorff, Isabel Lucas, Freida Pinto, Luke Evans, Kellan Lutz and John Hurt. The film’s story follows the ruthless King Hyperion leading his bloodthirsty army on a murderous rampage across Greece to find a weapon that will destroy humanity. Theseus, a mortal chosen by Zeus, must lead the fight against Hyperion with the fate of mankind and the gods at stake.
