Music Box Records has announced a soundtrack album for the documentary Ernest Cole: Lost & Found. The album features the film’s original music composed by Alexei Aigui (I Am Not Your Negro, The Young Karl Marx, Exterminate All the Brutes, Wild Field, The Truth, Silver Dollar Road). Also included are the composer’s scores from Peck’s Murder in Pacot and Moloch Tropical (with some previously unreleased tracks). The CD is now available to order on the label’s official website, where you can also learn more about the release. A first track (Harlem) from Aigui’s Ernest Cole score has already been released as a digital single last month and can be checked out below and a digital version of the album will be coming out this Friday, June 6 (visit Amazon to stream/download). Ernest Cole: Lost & Found is directed by Raoul Peck, narrated by LaKeith Stanfield and chronicles the life of Ernest Cole whose photographs of apartheid-era South Africa and the U.S. in the 1960’s revealed countries vastly different, yet eerily similar.

B Original has released a soundtrack album for the French romantic drama Child of True Love (La fille d’un grand amour). The album features the film’s original music composed by Grégoire Hetzel (Incendies, Ismael’s Ghosts, Summertime, The Midwife, My Golden Days, Oh, Mercy!). YG PLUS has released a soundtrack album for Netflix’s first-ever Korean original animated film Lost in Starlight. The album features the songs from the movie performed by artists such as CIFIKA, Meego, John Park and Wave to Earth’s Kim Daniel. Also included is the film’s original score composed by 1of1. World Premiere Release of Ira Newborn’s ‘BASEketball’ Score Announced
Enjoy the Ride Records has announced a new soundtrack album for the 1998 comedy BASEketball co-written and directed by David Zucker and starring Trey Parker, Matt Stone, Yasmine Bleeth, Jenny McCarthy, Ernest Borgnine and Robert Vaughn. The album features the premiere release of the film’s original score composed by Ira Newborn (The Naked Gun, Planes, Trains and Automobiles, Ferris Bueller’s Day Off, Uncle Buck). Also included are four songs by the ska punk band Reel Big Fish, Supersuckers’ Psyched Out, as well as the previously unreleased song Warts On Your Dick written by Trey Parker and Matt Stone. The soundtrack is being released as a limited vinyl edition in different variants and is now available to order on the label’s official website, where you can find out more information about the release. Mojo Trax has previously released the original 1998 soundtrack album featuring the songs from the movie.

Silva Screen Records has announced a soundtrack album for the British biographical drama Mr. Burton. The album features the film’s original music composed by John Hardy (Hidden, A Dark Place, Tree on a Hill, Steel Country, Hegus, Hinterland) and performed by the BBC National Orchestra of Wales. The soundtrack will be released digitally on June 13 and will be available to stream/download on Amazon and any other major digital music services. Milan Records will release a soundtrack album for the documentary Adrianne & the Castle. The album features the film’s original music composed by Arcade Fire’s Richard Reed Parry (The Iron Claw, Eileen, The Nest, The Actor). Also included is the original song Death Defying Love by Little Scream & Woodpigeon. The soundtrack will be released digitally tomorrow, May 30. Adrianne & the Castle is directed by Shannon Walsh and centers on Alan St-George, a mascot-maker and artist in rural Illinois who built an ornate and elaborate castle with his late wife Adrianne and – since her death in 2006 – continues to put the finishing touches on Havencrest Castle, which stands as a “temple” dedicated to their transcendent love.

The full details of the soundtrack album for the John Wick spinoff Ballerina have been revealed. The album features the film’s original score composed by Joel J.
