Milan Records will release the official soundtrack album for the drama We Grown Now. The album features the film’s original music composed by Jay Wadley (I’m Thinking of Ending Things, Franklin, Swan Song, Indignation, I Carry You with Me, Fire Island, Tales from the City). The soundtrack will be released digitally in select digital music stores on April 19 and on all major digital music platforms next Friday, April 26 (visit Amazon or any other major digital music services to stream/download). We Grown Now is written and directed by Minhal Baig and stars Blake Cameron James, Gian Knight Ramirez, S. Epatha Merkerson, Lil Rel Howery and Jurnee Smollett. The movie revolves around two young boys who discover the joys and hardships of growing up in the sprawling Cabrini-Green public housing complex in 1992 Chicago.

‘1 Night’ Soundtrack Album Released
Sean Giddings has released the first-ever soundtrack album for the 2016 romantic drama 1 Night written and directed by Minhal Baig and starring Anna Camp, Justin Chatwin, Isabelle Fuhrman and Kyle Allen. The album features the composer’s original score from the film and is now available to stream/download on Amazon and any other major digital music services. 1 Night tells the intertwining stories of a thirty-something woman who must decide whether to salvage a disappointing relationship and a worrisome teenager who reconnects with her introverted childhood friend at their high school prom.
‘Hala’ Soundtrack Released
Lakeshore Records has released a soundtrack album for the coming-of-age drama Hala. The album features the film’s original music composed by Mandy Hoffman (The Lovers, Terri, I Love Dick). The soundtrack is now available to stream on Apple Music. A release in other digital music stores is expected in 2020. Hala is written and directed by Minhal Baig and stars Geraldine Viswanathan, Jack Kilmer, Gabriel Luna, Purbi Joshi, Azad Khan and Anna Chlumsky. The movie follows a 17-year-old girl who is navigating the conflicting worlds of her traditional Muslim household and her modern high school.
