Sony Classical will release the official soundtrack album for the historical drama Nuremberg. The album features the film’s original music composed by Brian Tyler (The Super Mario Bros. Movie, Fast & Furious, Iron Man 3, Crazy Rich Asians, Avengers: Age of Ultron, Yellowstone, Now You See Me, Thor: The Dark World). The soundtrack will be released digitally this Friday, November 7 and will be available to stream/download on Amazon and any other major digital music services. Nuremberg is written and directed by James Vanderbilt and stars Russell Crowe, Rami Malek, Leo Woodall, Michael Shannon, John Slattery, Richard E. Grant, Mark O’Brien, Lydia Peckham, Colin Hanks, Wrenn Schmidt, Lotte Verbeek and Andreas Pietschmann. The movie is based on the book The Nazi and the Psychiatrist by Jack El-Hai and chronicles the events that brought the Nazi high command to justice in the wake of World War II.

Brian Tyler Scoring James Vanberbilt’s ‘Nuremberg’
Brian Tyler (The Super Mario Bros. Movie, Iron Man 3, Fast & Furious, Crazy Rich Asians, Avengers: Age of Ultron, Thor: The Dark World, Transformers One, Now You See Me) has recently been recording his score for the upcoming historical thriller Nuremberg. The film marks the second directorial effort of writer/producer James Vanderbilt (Zodiac, The Amazing Spider-Man) and stars Russell Crowe, Rami Malek, Michael Shannon, Leo Woodall, Richard E. Grant, John Slattery, Colin Hanks, Lydia Peckham, Wrenn Schmidt, Lotte Verbeek, Mark O’Brien and Andreas Pietschmann. The movie is based on the book The Nazi and the Psychiatrist by Jack El-Hai and chronicles the eponymous trials held in 1945 & 1946 by the Allies against the defeated Nazi regime.
Brian Tyler to Score James Vanderbilt’s ‘Truth’
Brian Tyler has been hired to score the upcoming political drama Truth. The film marks the directorial debut of screenwriter James Vanderbilt (The Amazing Spider-Man, Zodiac, White House Down) and stars Robert Redford, Cate Blanchett, Topher Grace, Elisabeth Moss, Bruce Greenwood and David Lyons. The movie is based on the 2005 memoir Truth and Duty by Mary Mapes about a series of memos critical of President George W. Bush’s Texas Air National Guard service record that had been discovered in the files of the president’s former commanding officer. Vanderbilt has also written the screenplay and is producing the project through Mythology Entertainment company, alongside Brad Fischer (Shutter Island, Zodiac), Doug Mankoff, Andy Spaulding , Mikkel Bondesen and William Sherak.
