Theodore Shapiro is currently in Dallas, Texas for three concert performances of his music with the Dallas Symphonic Orchestra this weekend. The concert will include performances of suites from some of Shapiro’s best known scores (The Devil Wears Prada, Marley & Me, Tropic Thunder), as well as the world premiere of a new original concert piece called In Mitn Drinnen. George Fenton in Concert
Last weekend, George Fenton performed with the Dallas Symphony Orchestra for the first part in the orchestra’s Masters of Film Music series. Selections from Fenton’s scores including Dangerous Liaisons, Ever After and Anna and the King were performed and Andy Tennant, director and long time collaborator of Fenton (most recently on The Bounty Hunter, Fool’s Gold and Hitch) was providing guest narration.
