Jim Dooley is writing the music for the TV drama pilot Poe. The show follows Edgar Allan Poe, the world’s very first detective, as he uses unconventional methods to investigate dark mysteries in 1840s Boston. Poe stars Chris Egan in the title role, Natalie Dormer, Kevin McNally and Leslie Odom. The pilot is written by Christopher Hollier (Kyle XY) and directed by Alex Graves (Terra Nova, Fringe). Dan Lin (Sherlock Homes) is producing through his Lin Productions company and Brad Kern (Human Target, Charmed) has been tapped as executive producer and showrunner.
