The cover version of Jefferson Airplane’s White Rabbit is performed by the show’s composer Ben Frost & Eliot Sumner and produced by Frost & Daniel Rejm. ‘1899’ Soundtrack Album Released
Invada and Lakeshore Records are releasing a soundtrack album for the German Netflix original series 1899. The album features selections of the show’s original music composed by Ben Frost (Dark, Sleeping Beauty, Super Dark Times, Raised by Wolves, Fortitude). The soundtrack is now available to stream/download in several foreign digital music stores and will be available on all major digital music platforms next Thursday, November 24. Netflix announced today that Ben Frost is set to score the upcoming Netflix original series 1899. The show is created by Jantje Friese & Baran bo Odar and stars Emily Beecham, Aneurin Barnard, Andreas Pietschmann, Miguel Bernardeau, Lucas Lynggaard Tønnesen, Maciej Musial, Rosalie Craig,Maria Erwolter, Clara Rosager, Yann Gael, Mathilde Ollivier, Isabella Wei, , José Pimentão, Gabby Wong, Fflyn Edwards, Jonas Bloquet, Alexandre Willaume and Anton Lesser. The 8-parter follows the mysterious circumstances around the voyage of a group of multinational immigrants traveling from the old continent to the new as they encounter a nightmarish riddle aboard a second ship adrift on the open sea.
