Amazon Content Services has released the official theme music for NBA on Prime. The composition, entitled Victory, is written by Grammy Award-winning artist Common in collaboration with musicians and composers Karriem Riggins (Mo, Alice) & Grammy Award winner James Poyser (Boxing Day, Long Bright River, Maxine’s Baby: The Tyler Perry Story) and is now available to stream/download as a digital single on all major digital music services, including Amazon. The theme was recorded last month at Ocean Way Studio in Nashville with a 60-piece orchestra and will serve as the signature sound for NBA on Prime each week beginning with the 2025-26 season, which just launched last night on Prime Video. Opening in theaters nationwide this weekend is the biographical drama Springsteen: Deliver Me from Nowhere written and directed by Scott Cooper and starring Jeremy Allen White, Jeremy Strong, Odessa Young, Paul Walter Hauser, Stephen Graham, Gaby Hoffman, David Krumholtz and Marc Maron. The film’s original music is composed by The Lumineers’ Jeremiah Fraites (The Long Walk). Dave Cobb serves as the project’s executive music producer. Columbia Records will release a soundtrack album featuring the songs from the movie performed by Allen White on December (check out our previous article for the full album details and click here to listen to five first tracks). Milan Records has released a separate soundtrack featuring Fraites’ score today (click here for the full details).
Also opening wide is the romantic drama Regretting You directed by Josh Boone and starring Allison Williams, Mckenna Grace, Dave Franco, Mason Thames, Scott Eastwood, Sam Morelos, Clancy Brown and Willa Fitzgerald. Nathaniel Walcott (The Fault in Our Stars, The Stand, Stuck in Love, Midnight Sun, Come and Find Me) has composed the film’s original music. Lakeshore Records has released a soundtrack album featuring the composer’s score today. The film is directed by Phil Cunningham & Brent Dawes (Jungle Beat) and stars Phil Wickham as the adult David and actor, dancer, and singer Brandon Engman who voices David as a youth, as well as Brian Stivale as Smauel. Julian Stirpe has released a soundtrack album for the found footage horror feature Dream Eater. The album features the composer’s original score from the film and is now available to stream/download on Amazon and most other major digital music services. Dream Eater is written and directed by Jay Drakulic, Mallory Drumm & Alex Lee Williams and stars the directors themselves, alongside David Richard, Dainty Smith, Kelly Williams, Brittany Hayward, Robin Akimbo and Sade Green. The movie follows a filmmaker as he documents her boyfriend’s violent parasomnia during their holiday at a remote cabin in the snowy Laurentian mountains and stars to suspect that the cause may be something far more sinister than a mere sleep disorder.
