La-La Land Records has announced a soundtrack album for the 1983 James Bond movie Octopussy directed by John Glen and starring Roger Moore, Maud Adams, Louis Jourdan, Kristina Wayborn and Kabir Bedi. The 40th Anniversary Edition album features the remastered and expanded original score from the film composed by Academy Award winner John Barry (Dances with Wolves, Goldfinger, Out of Africa, Somewhere in Time, The Man with the Golden Gun, Body Heat), including previously unreleased music. Also included is the opening theme song All Time High written by Barry, featuring lyrics by Tim Rice and performed by Rita Coolidge.
