‘The Primevals’ Soundtrack Album Announced

Silva Screen Records has announced a soundtrack album for the sci-fi fantasy adventure The Primevals. The album features the film’s original music composed by Richard Band (Re-Animator, From Beyond, Troll, Puppet Master, Exorcism at 60’000 Feet, Ghoulies). The soundtrack will be released digitally this Friday, March 8 and will be available to stream/download on Amazon and any other major digital music services. Sony Classical will release the official soundtrack album for the biographical drama Cabrini. The album features the film’s original score composed by Gene Back (Shortcomings, Cowboys, Holler). The soundtrack will be released digitally this Friday, March 8 and will be available to stream/download on all major digital music, including Amazon. As previously reported, Decca Records has released the original song Dare to Be written by Back and performed by Andrea & Virginia Bocelli last month. Lakeshore Records will release a new soundtrack album for the Apple TV+ original series Fraggle Rock: Back to the Rock. The album features the original songs from the show’s second season performed by the title characters and special guest stars such as Daveed Diggs, Brett Goldstein, Ariana DeBose, Catherine O’Hara and Adam Lambert. Also included is a new track (Get Goin’) by aespa. Harvey Mason Jr. serves as executive music producer. The soundtrack will be released digitally on March 29 and is now available for pre-order on Amazon. A first track (The Rock Goes On) is already available to stream/download now and can also be checked out below. The label has previously released a first soundtrack album featuring the songs from Season 1 back in 2022. Fraggle Rock: Back to the Rock is executive produced by The Jim Henson Company’s Lisa Henson & Halle Stanford, longtime Henson collaborator John Tartaglia, Matt Fusfeld & Alex Cuthbertson and follows the the title characters who are back for more adventures. Quartet Records has announced a new soundtrack album for the 1973 spy thriller Scorpio directed by Michael Winner and starring Burt Lancaster, Alain Delon, Paul Scofield, John Colicos and Gayle Hunnicutt. The album features the newly remastered and expanded original score from the film composed and conducted by Jerry Fielding (The Wild Bunch, Bring Me the Head of Alfredo Garcia, Escape from Alcatraz, The Bad News Bears, The Gambler). The limited edition CD is now available to order on the label’s official website, where you can also check out the track list, listen to audio samples and find out more about the release. Intrada Records has previously released the premiere CD release of the composer’s score in 2008, while Quartet has released a vinyl edition featuring fourteen tracks of Fielding’s score in 2022.
