22D Music & Why Not Productions have released a soundtrack album for the French drama DNA (ADN). The album features the film’s original music composed by Academy Award winner Stephen Warbeck (Shakespeare in Love, Quills, Billy Elliott, Proof, Captain Corelli’s Mandolin). The soundtrack is now available to stream/download on Amazon, where you can also check out the track list and listen to audio clips. DNA is co-written and directed by Maïwenn who also stars the movie, alongside Fanny Ardant, Louis Garrel, Alain Françon, Marine Vacth, Dylan Robert, Caroline Chaniolleau, Henri-Noël Tabary and Omar Marwan. The drama centers on a woman with close ties to a beloved Algerian grandfather who protected her from a toxic home life as a child. The movie premiered last month at the 2020 Deauville American Film Festival and will be released in French theaters this Wednesday, October 28. Netflix has recently picked up distribution rights for the U.S. and other markets.
