Jimmy LaValle (aka The Album Leaf) has composed the original music for the upcoming comedy The F**k-It List. The film is directed by Michael Duggan (Earth 2) and stars Eli Brown, Peter Facinelli, Madison Iseman, Jerry O’Connell, Camryn Manheim, Marcus Scribner, Karan Brar, Tristan Lake Leabu, Andrew “King Bach” Bachelor, Natalie Zea and Laura Bell Bundy. The movie centers on an exemplary high school senior who launches the F*ck-It List – all the things he wishes he’d done in high school but was too busy or afraid to try. Duggan also co-wrote the screenplay with Dan McDermott (Eagle Eye). They are also producing the Awesomeness Films production with Matthew Signer. No release date has been announced yet for the comedy.
LaValle whose previous scoring credits include the features The Endless and Spring has also recently scored the latest episode of the Hulu anthology series Into the Dark, entitled They Come Knocking directed by Adam Mason, written by Shane Van Dyke & Carey Van Dyke and starring Clayne Crawford and Josephine Langford. The ninth episode of the Blumhouse Television production follows a father who – after losing his wife to cancer – takes his two daughters on a road trip where he finds his family in the crosshairs of terrifying supernatural entities. They Come Knocking will premiere on June 7 on Hulu.
