Premiering tonight is the Fox television event The Passion hosted by Tyler Perry and starring Yolanda Adams, Seal, Chris Daughtry, Trisha Yearwood, Prince Royce and Jencarlos who are performing contemporary hits such as My Love Is Your Love, Love Can Move Mountains & more. Also premiering tonight is the TV special Ice Age: The Great Egg-Scapade directed by Ricardo Curtis and featuring the voices of Ray Romano, John Leguizamo, Denis Leary, Taraji P. Henson, Seth Green, Wendy Williams, Gabriel Iglesias, Lili Estefan, Blake Anderson, Seann William Scott, Josh Peck, Keke Palmer and Queen Latifah. The animated special’s original music is composed by Mark Mothersbaugh (The LEGO Movie, Cloudy with a Chance of Meatballs, The Rugrats Movie, Hotel Transylvania) who previously scored the Ice Age short Ice Age: Cosmic Scat-tastrophe, which played in front of The Peanuts Movie.
Premiering on Wednesday, March 23, is the new NBC drama Heartbeat created by Jill Gordon and starring Melissa George, Dave Annable, Don Hany, Shelley Conn, D.L. Hughley, Jamie Kennedy, Maya Erskine, JLouis Mills and Joshua Leonard. The show’s original music is composed by Jon Ehrlich (House M.D., Parenthood, White Collar, Recovery Road). Heartbeat revolves around the professional and personal life of heart transplant surgeon. The Universal Television production will air every Wednesday night on NBC.
