Premiering tonight is the new docu-series Years of Living Dangerously executive produced by James Cameron, Jerry Weintraub, Arnold Schwarzenegger, Joel Bach & David Gelber and climate expert Daniel Abbasi and featuring appearances by Matt Damon, Harrison Ford, Jessica Alba, Don Cheadle, America Ferrera, Michael C. Hall & more. Thomas Newman (The Shawshank Redemption, Skyfall) has composed the main titles theme for the show and Richard Marvin (Six Feet Under, U-571, Grimm) is composing the series’ original score. Premiering tomorrow, April 14 on Syfy is the sci-fi action series Metal Hurlant Chronicles based on the comics anthology Heavy Metal and starring Rutger Hauer, James Marsters, Joe Flanigan, Michael Jai White, Darren Shahlavi, Scott Adkins and Kelly Brook. Jesper Kyd (Assassin’s Creed, Hitman, Borderlands) has composed the show’s original score. Sumthing Else Works has released a soundtrack album featuring selections from the composer’s music. Premiering Wednesday, April 16 is the new FX limited series Fargo inspired by the Coen Brothers’ 1996 film and starring Billy Bob Thornton, Martin Freeman, Colin Hanks, Oliver Platt, Bon Odenkirk, Kate Walsh, Glenn Howerton & Joey King.
