Premiering tonight on NBC is the new drama Crisis created by Rand Ravich and starring Gillian Anderson, Dermot Mulroney, Lance Gross and Rachael Taylor. Premiering on Wednesday, March 19, is the new drama The 100 created by Jason Rothenberg based on the book by Kass Morgan and starring Eliza Taylor, Henry Ian Cusick, Paige Turco, Kelly Hu, Isaiah Washington, Marie Avgeropoulos, Bobby Morley and Thomas McDonell. The show’s original music is composed by Liz Phair, Evan Frankfort & Marc Dauer (Rules of Engagement, Super Fun Night). The series is set in the future after a nuclear war has destroyed civilization when the space station housing human survivors sends 100 juvenile delinquents back to Earth to investigate the possibility of re-colonizing the planet. Missing from last week’s roundup was the Lifetime original movie The Grim Sleeper directed by Stanley M. Brooks and starring Dreama Walker, Macy Gray, Ernie Hudson and Michael O’Neill. Jonathan Goldsmith (Take This Waltz, Away From Her) has composed the film’s original score. The Grim Sleeper premiered last night and will air in repeats over the next week in repeats on Lifetime.
