Composer Rolfe Kent (SidewaysUp in the Air, Election, Wedding CrashersMean GirlsAbout Schmidt, Downsizing) is reuniting with director Mark Waters (The Spiderwick Chronicles, Bad Santa 2) on the upcoming biographical drama Hershey. The film stars Finn Wittrock & Alexandra Daddario as Milton & Catherine Hershey, the founders of the chocolate empire Alan Ruck, Richard Kind, David Costabile and Heléne Yorke are co-starring in the movie, which tells the story of a man who overcame early failure to build one of the world’s most iconic brands. Sharon Paul & Timothy Michael Hayes (Mary) wrote the screenplay. Paul is also producing the project with Mark Tilghman, Mary Aloe (Beast of Burden, Mara), Joshua Harris (We Bury the Dead, Motor City) and Will Hardy. Kent has previously collaborated with Waters on numerous features, including Mean GirlsFreaky FridayJust Like HeavenThe House of YesVampire AcademyMr. Popper’s PenguinsGhosts of Girlfriends Past, Magic Camp and He’s All That. Hershey will be released in theaters nationwide on November 25, 2o26 by Angel (Studios).
