CJ ENM has released a soundtrack album for the South Korean comedy thriller No Other Choice. The album features the film’s original music composed by Cho Young-wuk (Oldboy, The Handmaiden, Thirst, Decision to Leave,The Sympathizer, The Little Drummer Girl, Lady Vengeance, Nine Puzzles) & The Soundtrackings. The soundtrack is now available to stream/download on Amazon and most other major digital music services. Also listen to the composer’s title track after the jump. No Other Choice is co-written and directed by Park Chan-wook and stars Lee Byung-hun, Son Yejin, Park Hee-soon, Lee Sung-min, Cha Seung-won, Yeom Hye-ran and Yoo Yeon-seok. The movie is based on the novel The Ax by Donald Westlake and follows a man on a desperate hunt to eliminate his competition for a new job after an abrupt layoff from the paper company he served for 25 years. The thriller, which premiered premiered at last year’s Venice Film Festival, was released in U.S. theaters in December by Neon and is now available on VOD .
