Michael Andrews (Donnie Darko, Bridesmaids, Freaks & Geeks, Neighbors, Daddy’s Home, Bad Teacher, Me and You and Everyone We Know, Piece by Piece, Funny People) has recently composed the score for the upcoming Netflix original film Office Romance. The movie is directed by Ol Parker (Ticket to Paradise, Mamma Mia! Here We Go Again) and stars Jennifer Lopez, Brett Goldstein, Betty Gilpin, Amy Sedaris, Bradley Whitford, Edward James Olmos, Mary Wiseman, Jodie Whittaker and Tony Hale. The romantic comedy centers on a secret office romance and the trouble two workaholics get in when they start thinking with their hearts. Goldstein also co-wrote the screenplay with Joe Kelly (Ted Lasso). They are both also producing the project with Lopez, Aaron Ryder (Arrival, The Prestige), Andrew Swett (I Love Boosters, All of You), as well as Elaine Goldsmith-Thomas & Benny Medina (Hustlers, Shotgun Wedding). Office Romance will premiere on June 5, 2026 exclusively on Netflix.
Andrews also continues to score Apple TV’s Platonic, which has been renewed for a third season.
