The period drama is set in 19th-century Dublin and New York and explores a story inspired by the Guinness Family, beginning immediately after the death of Sir Benjamin Guinness, the man responsible for the  success of the Guinness brewery, and the far-reaching impact of his will on the fate of his four adult children. Knight is also executive producing the Kudos and Nebulastar production with Karen Wilson (Utopia, The Tunnel), Elinor Day (Domino Day: Long Witch), Martin Haines (This Town), Ivana Lowell, as well as Tom Shankland (The Killing Gene, The Serpent) who also directed multiple episodes. Eshkeri has previously collaborated with Knight on BBC/MGM+’s Rogue Heroes, which is expected to return for a third season. House of Guinness will premiere on September 25, 2025 exclusively on Netflix.

Eshkeri is also expected to return to co-score the second season of Paramount+’s MobLand. His other recent projects include Jonathan Kent’s Long Day’s Journey Into Night, which premiered at this year’s Dublin International Film Festival & Glasgow Film Festival and is currently awaiting a release date.
