Jon Opstad (Black Mirror: White Bear & White Christmas, The Woman in White, We Hunt Together, Safe House, The Feed) is the composer of the new British Netflix limited series Bodies. The show is created by Paul Tomalin and stars Jacob Fortune-Lloyd, Shira Haas, Amaka Okafor, Stephen Graham, Kyle Soller, Tom Mothersdale and Greta Scacchi. The 8-part crime drama is based on the graphic novel of the same name by Si Spencer and follows four detectives in four different time periods (1890, 1941, 2023 & 2053) who find themselves investigating the same murder in London’s East End’s Longharvest Lane. Tomalin is also executive producing the Moonage Pictures production with Will Gould & Frith Tiplady (Peaky Blinders, Ripper Street), as well as Marco Kreuzpaintner (The Collini Case, Krabat) who also directed multiple episodes. Bodies will premiere this coming Thursday, October 19 on Netflix.
