Composer and actress Brittany Allen (What Keeps You Alive, Z, American Horror Stories, Torn Hearts, Scrambled) has composed the original score for the upcoming horror feature Abraham’s Boys: A Dracula Story. The film is written and directed by Natasha Kermani (Lucky, Imitation Girl) and stars Titus Welliver, Jocelin Donahue, Aurora Perrineau, Judah Mackey and Brady Hepner. The movie is based on a short story by Joe Hill (Locke & Key, The Black Phone) and revolves around two siblings who have spent their lives under the strict and overprotective rule of their father and struggle to understand his paranoia and increasingly erratic behavior, when they begin to uncover the violent truths behind their father’s history with Dracula. Tim Wu, James Howard Heron, James Harris (47 Meters Down, The Strangers: Prey at Night) and Leonara Darby (The Surfer, A Banquet) are producing the Illium Pictures & Tea Shop production. Abraham’s Boys: A Dracula Story will be released in theaters on July 11 by RLJE Films & Shudder.
