Germaine Franco (Encanto, The Mother, Dora and the Lost City of Gold, Vida, Little, Tag) is attached to score the upcoming comedy Holy Molé. The film marks the feature debut of commercials director Roderick Fenske and stars Tim Roth, Cristo Fernández and Martha Higareda Howes. The movie follows a pompous food critic and his earnest son-of-a-chef who must outwit a ruthless queen-pin in order to save the son’s family restaurant – and themselves. Phil Lloyd (Population 11, The Moodys) wrote the screenplay. Micah Mason and Casper Shirazi are producing the project. Holy Molé is currently in pre-production and is expected to be completed in 2026. (Deadline)
