Reprise Records has announced a soundtrack album for the documentary Neil Young: Coastal. The album features eleven Neil Young songs including Song X, Expecting to Fly, I Am a Child, Throw Your Hatred Down and Prime of Life. The soundtrack will be released digitally and physically (on CD and vinyl) on April 18. Visit Amazon to preorder the album in all formats. Neil Young: Coastal is directed by Daryl Hannah and follows Young as he cruises the coast on his 2023 solo US tour. The movie gives an intimate view of the maverick musician, as he navigates a return to the stage post-Covid, from his everyday observations on the bus to his candid banter with his audience. The documentary will be released in select theaters on April 17.
