Silva Screen Records has announced a soundtrack album for the Channel 4 original drama Patience. The album features selections of the show’s original music composed by Hannes De Maeyer (Gangsta, Rebel, The Couple Next Door, Noise, Professor T, Torpedo, Rafaël, The Racer) & Ruben De Gheselle (Young Hearts, A Cops and Robbers Story, Clara Sola). The soundtrack will be released digitally this Friday, March 14 (visit Amazon to stream/download). Also check out De Maeyer’s main titles track below. Patience is created by Matt Baker based on the French TV series Astrid et Raphaëlle and stars Laura Fraser and Ella Maisy Purvis. The 6-part crime drama revolves around a young autistic woman wit an instinctive eye for crime scenes who works in the criminal records department of Yorkshire Police as she enters an unpredictable world when a detectivespots her unique crime-solving skills. The series premiered in the UK this past January on Channel 4 and will make its U.S. debut later this year on PBS.
