Jaeil Jung (Parasite, Squid Game, Okja, Broker) is scoring the upcoming comedy Twinless. The film is written and directed by James Sweeney (Straight Up) and stars Dylan O’Brien, Sweeney himself, Lauren Graham, Aisling Franciosi, Chris Perfetti and Tasha Smith. The movie revolves around two young men who meet in a twin bereavement support group and form an unlikely bromance. David Permut (Face/Off, Hacksaw Ridge) is producing the project. Twinless will premiere this month at the 2025 Sundance Film Festival and will be distributed by Republic Pictures.
The composer also has Bong Joon Ho’s Mickey 17 (to be released in theaters nationwide on March 7) coming up. He also recently scored the second season of Netflix’s Squid Game, which just premiered last week.
