Gingerbread Man Records has released the original song Under the Tree from Locksmith Animation’s feature That Christmas. The track co-written & -produced (with Johnny McDaid) and performed by Ed Sheeran is now available to stream/download on Amazon and any other major digital music services. As previously reported, Netflix Music will release a full soundtrack album featuring John Powell’s original score from the film next month. That Christmas is directed by Simon Otto, co-written by Richard Curtis based on his trilogy of children’s books and stars Brian Cox, Fiona Shaw, Jodie Whittaker, Lolly Adefope, Bill Nighy, Rhys Darby, Alex Macqueen, Katherine Parkinson, India Brown and Sindhu Vee. The animated feature will be released in select theaters tomorrow before premiering on December 4 on Netflix.
