Hollywood Records has announced a soundtrack album for the National Geographic original documentary series Tsunami: Race Against Time. The album features selections of the show’s original music composed by David Schweitzer (Emma, The Afterparty, Our Great National Parks, The Reluctant Traveler, World War II: From the Frontline, Sanditon, In Vogue: The 90’s). Visit Amazon or any other major digital music services to stream/download the soundtrack. Also listen to the composer’s first track (The Wave) below. Tsunami: Race Against Time is executive produced by Tanya Winston & Danny Horan, directed by Daniel Bogado and provides a 360 look at the path of destruction of the 2004 Indian Ocean tsunami that took over 225,000 lives. The 4-parter weaves newly discovered footage with never-before-heard personal accounts from survivors, journalists, scientists, and fearless rescuers who were all witnesses to the tragic event.
