Adam Dorn (aka Mocean Worker) (Kickboxer: Vengeance, Nobodies, Robin Williams: Come Inside My Mind, The Perfect You) has composed the original score for the upcoming action thriller Gunner. The film is directed by Dimitri Logothetis (Slaughterhouse Rock, Pretty Smart) and stars Luke Hemsworth, Morgan Freeman, Mykel Shannon Jenkins, Grant Feely, Yulia Klass and Connor DeWolfe. The movie follows a war veteran who takes his two sons on a camping trip with their uncle to reconnect with them after being at the battle front for so long, when one of them stumbles over a tripwire and sets off an explosion, alerting a gang of violent bikers in the midst of a massive drug operation. Gary Scott Thompson (The Fast and the Furious, Las Vegas) wrote the screenplay. Logothetis is also producing the project with Joel Shapiro (Mara, No Man’s Land). Dorn has previously scored Logothetis’ last two features, Kickboxer: Retaliation and Jiu Jitsu. Gunner will be released in select theater Regal theaters on August 16 and digitally by Warner Bros. Home Entertainment.
