Tim Morrish (One Day, Fifteen-Love, Red Rose) is the composer of the new BBC crime drama The Jetty. The show is created and written by Cat Jones and stars Jenna Coleman, Tom Glynn-Carney, Ruby Stokes, Archie Renaux, Bo Bragason, Laura Marcus and Weruche Opia. The 4-part series follows a Detective who must figure out how a fire that tears through a property in a scenic Lancashire lake town connects to a podcast journalist investigating a missing persons cold case and an illicit relationship between a man in his twenties and two underage girls. Jones & Coleman are also executive producing the Firebird Pictures production with Elizabeth Kilgarriff (Luther, Poldark), Sarah Wyatt, Jo McClellan (I May Destroy You, The Last Panthers), as well as Marialy Rivas (Young & Wild, Princesita) who also directed all four episodes. Let’s Play Dead have contributed the project’s title song Fire & Water. The Jetty is premiering in the UK tonight on BBC One and will also be available to stream on the BBC iPlayer.
