MovieScore Media has released a soundtrack album for the Spanish comedy drama The Bus of Life (El bus de la vida). The album features the film’s original score composed by Paula Olaz (Nora, Beyond the Summit, Crónica de una tormenta). Also included are the movie’s songs written by Manuela Vellés, Alex Moreno and Pablo Fergus. The Bus of Life is co-written and directed by Ibon Cormenzana and stars Dani Rovira, Susana Abaitua, Elena Irureta and Pablo Scapigliati. The movie tells the story of a teacher who travels to a Basque town to work as a substitute teacher in a high school, when he gets diagnosed with cancer and finally faces his fears to fulfill his dream of getting on stage. The dramedy is being released in Spanish theaters today.
