Benj Pasek & Justin Paul (The Greatest Showman, Dear Evan Hansen, Spirited,  La La Land, Lyle Lyle Crocodile) have been hired to compose the original songs for Warner Bros. Animation’s upcoming feature Oh, the Places You’ll Go!. The film directed by Jon M. Chu (Cray Rich Asians, In the Heights) & Jill Culton (Abominable) is based on Dr. Seuss’ final book of the same title and tells the story a young adventurer amid the peaks and valleys of life. Rob Lieber (Peter Rabbit, Goosebumps 2: Haunted Halloween) is writing the screenplay for the animated musical. Bad Robot’s J.J. Abrams (Star Wars: The Force Awakens, Star Trek) is producing along with Hannah Minghella (Lou, The Blue Angels). Oh, the Places You’ll Go! is currently set to be released in 2027. (Deadline)

Also coming up for the songwriter’s is Disney’s Snow White live-action adaptation, which is set to be released in theaters on March 21, 2025.
