Tyler Bates (Guardians of the Galaxy, John Wick, Deadpool 2, Watchmen, 300, The Punisher, X) is scoring the new CBS drama Tracker. The show is developed by Ben Winters based on the bestselling novel The Never Game by Jeffery Deaver and stars Justin Hartley, Fiona Rene, Robin Weigert, Abby McEnany and Eric Graise. The series revolves around a lone-wolf survivalist who roams the country as a reward seeker, using his tracking skills to help private citizens and law enforcement solve all manner of mysteries while contending with his own fractured family. Winters & Hartley are also executive producing the 20th Television production with showrunner Elwood Reid (Social Distance) and Ken Olin (This Is Us, Brothers & Sisters). Tracker will premiere this coming Sunday, February 11 after the Superbowl on CBS.
Bates is also expected to continue to co-score Adult Swim’s Primal, which has been renewed for a third season, as well as Paramount+’s Criminal Minds: Evolution, which will return for a second season.
