Thom Yorke (of the rock band Radiohead) has composed the original score for the upcoming Italian drama Trust (Confidenza). The film is directed by Daniele Luchetti (It’s Happening Tomorrow, Ordinary Happiness)) and stars Elio Germano, Federica Rosellini, Pilar Fogliati, Vittoria Puccini and Isabella Ferrari. The movie is based on Domenico Starnone’s bestselling novel and centers on the relationship between a revered teacher and his brilliant and precocious student. Luchetti also co-wrote the screenplay with Francesco Piccolo. Fabrizio Donvito (The Leisure Seeker, Promises) is producing the project for Indiana Productions Yorke has previously made his scoring debut on  Luca Guadagnino’s 2018 remake of Suspiria. Trust will premiere this coming weekend at the 2024 Rotterdam Film Festival.
