Nigel Westlake (Babe, Miss Potter, Babe: Pig in the City, Ali’s Wedding, Paper Planes, Blueback) has released a digital single featuring his music from the 2002 Australian comedy The Nugget written and directed by Bill Bennett and starring Eric Bana, Stephen Curry, Dave O’Neil, Belinda Emmett and Vince Colosimo. Available to stream/download now on all major digital music services is a 15-track suite featuring the composer’s Australian Screen Music Awards-winning score and themes from the film. Also listen to the full track below. A suite from the composer’s score was released on the 2002 soundtrack album, which was released exclusively on CD and in Australia by BMG. The Nugget is now available on VOD and DVD.
