Ludvig Forssell (Death Stranding, P.T., Belle) is making his live-action feature scoring debut on the upcoming action thriller Boy Kills World. The film is directed by Moritz Mohr and stars Bill Skarsgård, Jessica Rothe, Andrew Koji, Yayan Ruhian, Famke Janssen, Brett Gelman, Isaiah Mustafa and Sharlto Copley. The movie centers on a deaf warrior as he is trained by a mysterious shaman to topple a far-flung dystopia. Tyler Burton Smith (Child’s Play) and Arend Remmers (Snowflake) wrote the screenplay. Sam Raimi (Spider Man, The Evil Dead) is producing the project with Wayne Fitzjohn & Simon Swart (Redeeming Love), Roy Lee (It, The LEGO Movie), Alex Lebovici (Bill & Ted Face the Music, The Public), Dan Kagan (Significant Other), Stuart Manashil (To Catch a Killer) and Zainab Azizi (65, Umma). Boy Kills World will premiere in September at the 2023 Toronto International Film Festival.
