Sello Discográfico RTVE has released a soundtrack album for the Spanish TV series The Patients of Dr. García (Los pacientes del doctor García). The album features selections of the show’s original music composed by Juan Navazo (The Hollow Point, Open Grave, Matadero). The soundtrack is now available to stream/download here, where you can also check out the track list and listen to audio samples. The Patients of Dr. García is written by José Luis Martínand based on the novel of the same name by Almudena Grandes and stars Javier Rey, Tamar Novas, Verónica Echegui, Jon Olivares, Raúl Jiménez and Stephanie Cayo. The historical drama is set in 1936 Madrid and tells the story of an idealistic doctor whose life changes forever when he shelters a wounded spy and joins a decades-long fight against the spread of fascism. The series premiered this past April in Spain on RTVE and in the U.S. and most other major markets on Netflix.
