Walt Disney Records will release the official soundtrack album for the Disney+ original movie World’s Best. The album features the original songs from the film written by lead actor/co-writer Utkarsh Ambudkar and Charlie Wilder. Also included is the movie’s original score composed by Raashi Kulkarni (Wedding Season) & Jongnic Bontemps (Transformers: Rise of the Beasts, 4400, Redfall, The Land). The soundtrack will be released digitally tomorrow, June 23 (click here to stream/download). World’s Best is directed by Roshan Sethi and also stars Manny Magnus, Punam Patel, Jake Choi, Max Malas, Dorian Giordano, Kayla Njeri, Piper Wallace, Christopher Jackson, Kathryn Greenwood and Doug E. Fresh. The comedy follows a 12-year-old mathematics genius who discovers his recently deceased father was a famous rapper and sets out to pursue a career for himself as a rap superstar. The film will premiere tomorrow exclusively on Disney+.
