I saw the movie yesterday and MAN.
I’ve never been a Tyler but his score was an epic, orchestral, funny, dramatic and magical homage to Koji Kondo’s original work.
Also the final battle with Bowser, best cue of the year so far

  3. Marco Ludema says:

Yippee! Shame there’s no CD release, but I’ll be getting it either way.

Too bad Grant Kirkhope did not score the movie. He really wanted to do it.
